Funds & Giving Campaigns

These monies go towards the general foundation fund and are given on an annual basis. Monies from these funds go to support community and organizational initiatives of NPhAF, NPhA, and SNPhA.

The Mission of the National Pharmaceutical Association Foundation is to support the activities of the National Pharmaceutical Association, including education programs, research projects, and innovative pharmacy practices.

Scholarship endowment opportunities are available and are currently priced at $15,000. The total amount be paid at one time or over a 3-5 year time period. Scholarships from these endowments are awarded annually to minority and under-served students that are members of the Student National Pharmaceutical Association. To date, NPhAF has 27 endowed scholarships and has awarded over $600k in scholarships over the past 25 years.

Continuing on the momentum from the NPhA 75 for 75 Campaign, aimed to raise $75,000 for the 75th Anniversary of NPhA, this fund supports ongoing general initiatives of NPhA.

A national campaign to launch the NPhA Mobile Museum and honor the history of African American pharmacists. This mobile museum will be taken across country to teach the history of NPhA and will be submitted to be displayed at the Museum of African American History.

This fund has been established for members, former members, and friends of SNPhA who want to provide financial support and advocate for the organization.

Travel Awards provide support for SNPhA students to attend the Annual National Convention.

I am one of the 2025 recipients of the Rite-Aid Endowed Scholarships, and I am writing to thank you for your generous support. I’m incredibly grateful to have received $1000, in support of my pursuit of becoming a pharmacist.

I am currently a fourth-year student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Pharmacy. I chose to pursue pharmacy to help my immigrant family navigate the U.S. healthcare system and to ensure they feel empowered to manage their medications as they age. I am also deeply committed to serving marginalized communities, addressing healthcare disparities, and ensuring all patients receive equitable and compassionate care.

After graduation, I plan to pursue a residency with the goal of teaching, precepting student pharmacists, and continuing to serve patients in the community.
